Mandy has been involved in the real estate field since 2008. First focusing on Property Management, Mandy worked her way up first through an administrative roll and into obtaining her Property Management license. During that time, she oversaw a portfolio of 120 doors in the Nanaimo region where vacancy rates increased as high as 10% requiring marketing skills to ensure her client's properties captured profits in a competitive rental market. This experience honed her customer first approach, while she developed contract writing skills, used negotiating expertise in settlement and dispute resolution hearings and multi-tasked in handling property repairs and renovations alongside crucial rolls of evictions and rent collection before expanding her sights to the sales market in 2014. Mandy maintains her Property Management designation and stays up-to-date with the changes to the Tenancy Act so she can continue advising her clients in all aspects of their real estate journey. 

Backed with a knowledge of property maintenance and construction insight (it helps to have a Red Seal Carpenter spouse), Mandy teamed up first with a local Nanaimo based company & shortly after with RE/MAX of Nanaimo realizing her clients are better served with the full marketing benefits and tools of the biggest & most successful international real estate company of RE/MAX. She has built a network of the best local professionals in the industry to ensure her client's are served by the top mortgage brokers, contractors, inspectors, legal advise & agents in other markets. With a growing business, Mandy is pleased to have a go-getting full time Licensed Realtor onto her team in 2020.

Flash forward to today, you'll find Mandy balancing a successful real estate career alongside family life with her fiance, 2 sons & dog - enjoying all that life has to offer on beautiful Vancouver Island.
